It has been revealed in a recent report that many Brits are now so overstretched that they are having to turn to credit cards to make ends meet each month. Whilst many Brits may have been able to make their wages stretch far enough in the past it has now reached a point where living costs have soared to such a degree that people cannot make their monthly wages stretch as far as they need to.

The problem has arisen because of wage freezes, wage cuts, and government cutbacks, all of which have come at a time when inflation is soaring. For millions of Brits it is around twenty one days before they end up turning to their credit cards to fund around one week before they get paid again.
